- Information a user voluntarily submits through the Sonavi LinkedIn company page or other support contact pathways.
- Operational analytics data for download and app-usage measurement when enabled, including anonymous event type, version, platform, channel, timestamps, and an opt-in hashed install identifier.
- Optional website analytics after analytics consent, including page paths, coarse site sections, referrer host or campaign source, coarse country code, page dwell time, download-click timing, coarse bot classification, and a random per-tab website session identifier.

5. Retention
Support communications are retained only as long as needed for response, recordkeeping, or legal compliance.
Telemetry event records are retained only as long as needed for operational analysis, with aggregate usage metrics preferred for long-term reporting.
